Over-the-Rhine is considered to be the largest contiguous National Historic District and intact collection of Italianate architecture in the United States. Due to recent investment and its central location and proximity to the Central Business District, it has become one of the most desirable neighborhoods to live, work and play in the region. Three of the key landmarks; Music Hall, Washington Park and Findlay Market, are located a few short blocks from Hillman Point OTR. These landmarks have all undergone incredible transformations over recent years, and are proving to be a major draw for locals and visitors alike. The Cincinnati Streetcar, with a stop located conveniently at Elm and Wade St, is slated to begin operations in Fall 2016.
